  • Product Liability Statement The purchaser and all user(s) of the product understand and acknowledge that outdoor recreational activities such as river running have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in bodily injury or death. Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes and the purchaser and all user(s) take the risk of ensuring their own safety while utilizing the product for water use. The purchaser and all user(s) of the product assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages associated with product use. Purchaser, all user(s) and their heirs voluntarily release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Rocky Mountain RiverBoards, LLC, and its owners, agents, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of use of RMR products. Purchaser and all user(s) specifically understand that they are releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions they have presently or in the future associated with product use. This statement is transferable to any and all users of this products and statement of such transfer of waiver is the sole responsibility of original purchaser.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Rocky Mountain RiverBoards, LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and Canada. RMR uses a flat rate shipping fee of $35 to any location within the continental United States. Residents of Canada add $35. Other countries please inquire to RMR.


  • Warranties
  • The Rocky Mountain RiverBoard is warranted 120 days against defects in materials and workmanship, to the original retail consumer. RMR will repair or replace, at our option, any defective part or the entire product. The customer is responsible for the transportation cost to and from the RMR factory in Lafayette, Colorado. This warranty does not cover normal wear, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
